PCCE Hosts Successful Fall Conference on AI Liability and Compliance

On September 18, 2026, the Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement (PCCE) hosted a successful, fully sold-out conference on AI Liability and Compliance at NYU School of Law. The full-day program explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping the legal and regulatory landscape, presenting attorneys and compliance professionals with complex questions involving governance, professional responsibility, enterprise risk, cybersecurity, and liability. The conference examined the practical legal implications of AI adoption in corporate compliance and legal departments; the evolving role of AI in the practice of law, enterprise governance and risk management; and the challenges posed by AI-enabled fraud, cyber threats, and regulatory enforcement.
