I used to be trying to return from pruned to unpruned chainstate. Unchecked the pruned field. Core cautioned this might require re-download of the blockchain in its entirety. OK, superb. Shutdown Core to re-start and it failed, repeatedly. Since I do not know the best way to -reindex, I uninstalled Core, presuming ALL knowledge, recordsdata, listing buildings, and many others., related to this system can be eliminated or deleted. Nope. Discovered the next knowledge and buildings relationship to first set up:
From the debug.log:
LoadBlockIndexDB(): Block recordsdata have beforehand been pruned
: You want to rebuild the database utilizing -reindex to return to unpruned mode. It will redownload your complete blockchain. Please restart with -reindex or -reindex-chainstate to recuperate.
shouldn’t be overwriting a chainstate
Error: Error opening block database
Shutdown: In progress…
If I uninstall Core once more, after which Delete the folders: blocks & chainstate, will this pressure one other obtain? Or do I must Delete your complete Roaming>Bitcoin folder?
Thanks
