About the Directors’ Academy:
The Academy for Directors and Senior Executives provides an opportunity for directors and C-suite executives of publicly-held and privately-held companies to engage with CEOs, government officials, scholars and other directors for off-the-record conversations about new issues and evolving views relating to corporate governance and legal and business risks. This program is the only program of its kind that includes a specialized focus on the legal and regulatory framework that impacts governance and board responsibilities and liability.
Our event offers: a Certificate to those who attend each full day of programming; NY CLE credit for lawyers; recertification credits for directors maintaining their NACD Directorship Certification®; and Continuing Privacy Education (CPE) credits for attendees seeking to maintain privacy certifications with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Each day will feature networking breaks, receptions, and meals.

- Standard Early-Bird Rate (July 15 – Sept 10): $950 (both days) and $550 (1day)
